How will MIKA benefit me?

Does MIKA offer delivery service?

Yes. Delivery within Nairobi and Mombasa is free of charge. Delivery with 48 working hours upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment.

Delivery out of Nairobi & Mombasa will be at a cost of 5% of order value. Delivery with 72 working hours upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment.

At the coast, there will be no delivery to northern Kenya and beyond Malindi.

Only orders of Ksh. 5,000 and above qualify for deliveries outside Nairobi & Mombasa at the above transport cost.

Above delivery timings may vary depending on available resources.

Will there be free installation and set up on purchase of a MIKA product?

Free installation is offered for the following products:

  • Water dispenser
  • Standing cooker
  • Refrigerator
  • Deep freezer

The Air Conditioner is NOT included in the free installation and set up services. Free installation is valid only in regions where we offer free delivery services.

Are the prices of MIKA products the same across different retailers (online/offline)?

Yes, MIKA prices are the same across the country at hypermarts, supermarkets and our dealers, as well as direct purchase from our offices, and from our website.

MIKA purchases from third party websites may vary from time to time.

How will The MIKA After - Sales be of help to me?

The MIKA after sales team has been specially recruited to solve customer issues regarding timely delivery, installation, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts provision. We are proud to state that in a very short period, the Mika after sales team has earned our customers trust for being timely and efficient.

What is MIKA Customer-Care, when would I need them?

At MIKA Customer Care, we are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm during week days and from 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. For any queries regarding MIKA products, prices, product functions, recipes, or any other queries which you may have, contact the MIKA Customer care and rest assured, your queries will be resolved.

If I buy online, through the website, what are the payment terms?

When buying MIKA products online through our website, we have various secure payment services such as M-Pesa, Pesapal, Airtel money, Visa among others to ensure safe mode of payments.
